The development of our interactive sweatshirt, designed to enhance accessibility and well-being for students with special needs, was strongly influenced by the knowledge gained through two key projects: The Challenge and the Erasmus+ OHSP (Occupational Health and Safety for People with Special Needs) project.

By participating in the OHSP project, students gained a deeper understanding of workplace risks, safety protocols, and inclusive practices, which were crucial in designing the sweatshirt. This project serves as a clear example of knowledge mobilization and dissemination, demonstrating how Erasmus+ initiatives can inspire real, practical solutions beyond their initial scope.

This collaboration highlights how synergies between projects can lead to innovative solutions, ensuring that students with special needs are not only included in education but also empowered to enter the workforce safely and confidently. The sweatshirt is more than just an item of clothing—it is a symbol of inclusive learning, applied knowledge, and the power of collaboration in making workplaces safer for everyone.
